Strukt AI turns a 2D floor plan image into a furnished 3D home in your browser. It reads the walls, doors, windows and room names from your drawing, designs and furnishes every room, and lets you walk through it with baked, realistic lighting, render photoreal images and export the model. It is built for interior designers, builders and homeowners.

Which files can I upload?

PNG, JPG or WEBP images of your floor plan, up to 15 MB on the homepage upload. Scans and phone photos work. If your plan is a PDF or a CAD (DWG/DXF) file, export or screenshot it as an image first — direct PDF and CAD upload is not supported yet.

How long does it take?

About 5 minutes from uploading your plan to an editable 3D model, for a typical floor plan. Larger or less clear plans can take longer. Rendering, furnishing and material changes happen after that, at your own pace.

How accurate is the 3D model?

Accuracy depends on how clear your drawing is. Clean, high-resolution plans give the best results. Some walls, openings or room boundaries can be read wrongly, and dimensions are estimates, so check the model and correct anything the AI got wrong. Strukt AI is for visualisation and design, not for construction drawings or permit submissions.

You can start free: every account gets 10 floor plans a month with the Free model, plus the 2D editor, 3D view, texturing and export, with no credit card. For the Pro model (rooms and names, automatic furnishing), baked walkthroughs and AI renders you buy credits: 2,000 credits cost ₹200, with no subscription, and they never expire while your account is active.

Can I edit the model after it is generated?

Yes. It is a real 3D model, not a picture. You can adjust walls, doors and windows, move, turn, resize or delete furniture (the AI re-plans the rest of the room around your changes), change floors, paint and other finishes, and re-render whenever you like.

Does it work for houses with more than one floor?

Yes. Add up to three upper floors to a house; Strukt lines them up and stacks them in 3D. Furnishing and baking the whole house, and walking up the stairs between floors, are rolling out now.

Can I export to other software?

Yes. Export to GLB and DAE (Blender, Unity, Unreal, Three.js), native BLEND, and IFC for Revit, ArchiCAD and other BIM tools, so you can continue in your own workflow.

Can I use the renders to market a property?

Yes, as visualisations. Renders are AI-generated and are labelled as such. Do not present them as photographs of a finished property, and remember that furniture, materials and lighting are approximate.

Who owns my designs, and is my data private?

You keep ownership of your original designs. Private projects are not shown publicly unless you publish them to the community. We do not sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account and files at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

1. Who we are

StruktAI ("Strukt AI", "we", "us") is operated by STRUKTAI INFRAOPUS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62010TS2025OPC205844). We are the "Data Fiduciary" for the personal data described here under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

Floor plans can show an address or a person's name. Please remove anything you do not want us to process before uploading. We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial account numbers, health or government ID data, and we do not collect passwords — sign-in is handled by Google.

3. Our legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you sign in, upload, submit a review or agree to analytics, and for uses the law allows without separate consent, such as completing a payment you asked for, keeping records the law requires, and protecting the Service from fraud and abuse. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8); this does not affect processing done before you withdrew it, but some features may stop working.

4. Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages. Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolls and mouse movement, and sets cookies to recognise returning visitors. If Google Analytics is enabled, it also uses cookies to count visits. These tools load only after you click Accept on our cookie banner; if you click Reject, they do not run.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and runs for everyone. Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check on the review form, may process device and browser signals to tell people from bots. We remember your cookie choice in your browser's local storage.

You can change your choice at any time: . We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Strukt AI, and only what each needs:

Google — Sign-in; Google Sheets stores review submissions; Google Analytics (if enabled)
Cloudflare — Website hosting, security, cookie-less web analytics, spam protection on the review form (Turnstile)
Microsoft Clarity — Heatmaps and session recordings of how pages are used
Razorpay — Payments and refunds
Cloud storage and database providers — Storing your account, uploads and generated models
AI processing providers (such as fal.ai and Google) — Generating models and renders from your uploads
YouTube — Only if you play an embedded demo video

We may also disclose data where required by law, a court or a government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service. If Strukt AI is ever sold or merged, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Content you publish to the community, and items we feature as described in Section 16 of our Terms, are visible to others; you can opt out or ask for removal at any time.

6. Where your data is stored

Some of our providers store or process data on servers outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. We only use established providers with their own security and privacy commitments, and we will follow any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers to specific countries.

7. How long we keep it

Account data, uploads and generated content — while your account is active, and deleted after you ask us to delete your account (see Section 8)
Review submissions — until you ask us to remove them, or the review is no longer shown
Payment and transaction records — as long as tax and accounting laws require
Security and access logs — for at least one year, as required by law, then deleted
Product usage data — up to 24 months, then only aggregated statistics; deleted earlier if you ask us to delete your account
Analytics data — according to each provider's retention settings

If an account is inactive for a long period, we may delete it after giving you advance notice by email.

8. Your rights

You can, at any time:

Ask what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with
Ask us to correct, complete or update your data
Ask us to delete your account and data
Withdraw consent you have given, including to product usage data and its use for training our models, by requesting account deletion from the account menu in the app
Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to
Opt out of having your models featured in the community or marketing
Complain to our Grievance Officer (Section 11)

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you live in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and our storage providers encrypt data at rest. Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel of the Company and is logged. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law, including what happened and what you can do.

10. Children

Strukt AI is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
