Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions (Strukt AI Pro)

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account's billing settings, or by emailing us.
On cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle. You keep Pro access and any remaining credits for the current paid billing period.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period that has already begun.

2. Credit Packs (one-time purchases)

Credits are a prepaid digital good. Credits that have already been used or consumed are non-refundable.
An unused credit pack may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been consumed, at our discretion.

3. Erroneous or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged for a service you did not receive, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and refund any eligible amount.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email address, including your payment or order ID. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider (Razorpay) and typically appear within 5–7 business days.

5. Early Access Note

Strukt AI is an early-access product, and AI-generated outputs and credits are delivered and consumed immediately. Please try the free tier to evaluate the Service before purchasing.
