By publishing a floorplan to the Strukt AI community, you confirm that:

You are the owner of the floorplan design, or you have been given explicit permission by the owner to publish it; or
The floorplan was provided to you in a public-facing marketing document (such as a builder brochure, pamphlet, or listing) and you have recreated it using Strukt AI's tools for personal, non-commercial visualization purposes.

You agree that Strukt AI is not responsible for any copyright claims arising from content you publish. Strukt AI reserves the right to remove any content upon receiving a valid takedown request from the original rights holder.

By submitting, you grant Strukt AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your submission on the platform.

15. Ownership of Uploaded & Generated Content

Any floorplans, 3D models, renders, or other content created or uploaded through this Service may be used by Strukt AI for the following purposes without requiring further permission from you:

Publishing or featuring content on the platform or in marketing materials
Removing or taking down content at any time at our sole discretion
Enhancing, modifying, or improving content for display purposes
Using content to train, improve, or demonstrate the Service

You retain ownership of your original designs, but by using this Service you grant Strukt AI a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute content created or uploaded through the platform.
