1. Introduction

Welcome to StruktAI (the "Service", "Platform", "Application", or "Product"), operated by STRUKTAI INFRAOPUS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India ("we", "us", "our", the "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using this Service in any manner, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are using the Service for lawful purposes only. The Service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You will not misuse, abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service. You also agree not to rely on the Service for mission-critical, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

5. Data, Storage, and Security

5.1 User Data

The Service may process and store user-provided data (images, files) and generated outputs (3D models). How we collect, use and protect personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 No Guarantee of Data Retention

We do not guarantee permanent storage. Data may be deleted, reset, or lost at any time. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

5.3 Security Disclaimer

We take reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure. Unauthorized access or breaches may occur. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

5.4 Administrative & Assisted Access

To operate the Service and support you, authorized personnel (currently the Company's director) may access your account and act within it on your behalf — including viewing your projects and generating, refining, or improving outputs for you. This access is used only to: (a) provide support and help you learn and use the product; (b) improve the quality of the outputs generated for you; and (c) maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

AI tools may assist authorized personnel in performing these tasks. Such access is limited to the purposes above and is logged for accountability. If you would prefer that we do not access your account to assist you, you may tell us at any time by emailing [email protected].

5.5 Data Deletion & Your Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time from the account menu in the app, or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. Once your request is verified, we will delete your account together with your uploaded files, generated 3D models, renders, and any community submissions associated with your account from our active systems. Limited copies may remain in encrypted backups or system logs for a short period and are purged in the ordinary course; we may retain minimal records (such as payment or transaction records) where required by law.

5.6 Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication (Google sign-in), storage, analytics, payments (Razorpay) and AI processing. Your uploads may be sent to AI processing providers solely to generate your outputs. These providers have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or acts, but we only share what is needed to run the Service.

6. AI & Generated Output Disclaimer

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unusable. Results are not guaranteed to be correct or fit for any purpose. Generated outputs should be reviewed and validated independently.

Renders and images produced by the Service are AI-generated and may carry a label or metadata saying so. You must not remove such labels, and you must not present AI-generated images as photographs of a real, completed property, or use them to mislead buyers, tenants or anyone else.

Photorealistic renders, first-person walkthroughs, mood boards, and AI-staged images produced by this Service are for visual presentation purposes only. They are not accurate architectural drawings. Furniture placement, material appearance, lighting, and spatial proportions in renders are approximate and may differ from real-world results. Do not use renders as a substitute for professional interior design, structural, or construction advice.

9. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and its outputs, and for having the rights to everything you upload. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its director from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms — including claims by other users or third parties such as builders, architects or brand owners.

12. Prohibited Activities

Strictly prohibited: unauthorized access, hacking, data abuse, privacy violations, intellectual property abuse (copying/scraping), uploading content you do not have the right to use, impersonating any person or business, uploading unlawful, obscene or harmful content, and any illegal or harmful use.

13. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage, investigate violations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts without notice.

14. Legal Consequences

Any attempt to hack or exploit the Service is a serious violation. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and seek financial damages.

15. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, reset data, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. If we discontinue a paid service you have paid for and not received, we will refund the unused amount as required by law.

16. User-Generated Floorplan Content & Community

By publishing a floorplan to the Strukt AI community, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the floorplan design, or you have been given explicit permission by the owner to publish it; or
• The floorplan was provided to you in a public-facing marketing document (such as a builder brochure, pamphlet, or listing) and you have recreated it using Strukt AI's tools for personal, non-commercial visualization purposes.

We do not check who owns uploaded or published floorplans, and we are not responsible for the content of community posts, including their accuracy, legality, or any copyright claims arising from them. You post at your own risk. Strukt AI reserves the right to remove any content upon receiving a valid takedown request from the original rights holder (see Section 17), a user report, or a moderation decision.

By submitting, you grant Strukt AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your submission on the platform.

Because the Service is currently offered free of charge during early access, we may also publish or feature models and renders generated through the Service to the StruktAI community and in showcase or marketing materials — including on your behalf — to demonstrate the Service and help it reach more people. You can always see the models generated for your account. You may opt out of this, or request removal of any specific item, at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account (Section 5.5) also removes your submissions from the community.

17. Copyright & Takedown Requests

We respect the rights of architects, builders, designers and other creators. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with:

• Your name and contact details, and the work you own
• The link or a clear description of the content on Strukt AI
• A statement that you are the rights holder (or authorised to act for them) and that the information is accurate

We will acknowledge valid requests within 24 hours, review them, and remove or disable the content where appropriate, usually within 15 days. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

18. Trademarks & Third-Party Brands

"Strukt AI" and its logo are our marks. Product, furniture, material and brand names that appear in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe or identify those products. Their appearance does not mean the owner endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with Strukt AI unless we say so explicitly.

19. Ownership of Uploaded & Generated Content

You retain ownership of your original designs and uploads. To run and grow the Service, you grant Strukt AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content created or uploaded through the platform for the following purposes:

• Hosting, processing and displaying it to provide the Service to you
• Publishing or featuring it on the platform or in marketing materials, as described in Section 16
• Enhancing, modifying, or improving it for display purposes
• Using floor plan geometry and model data, with personal details removed, to train, improve, or demonstrate the Service
• Removing or taking it down at any time at our sole discretion

This license ends when you delete the content or your account (Section 5.5), except for materials already published or distributed before your request, backups that are purged in the ordinary course, and de-identified data that has already been used to improve our models.

20. How We Use Your Data

We use your floor plans, generated models, account information and usage analytics to operate and improve the Service. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Product usage data. While you use the editor we record how you work with your projects: what you upload and download, the walls, rooms, doors and windows you add, move or change, the furniture you place, move, rotate, resize or delete, the options and buttons you click, your FurnAI prompts and choices, the renders you keep or share, and how you move around the 3D and walkthrough views. We store it under a pseudonymous ID, not your email, and use it to operate the Service and to train and improve our AI models (for example wall detection and automatic furnishing). By agreeing to these Terms you consent to this. You can withdraw this consent at any time by requesting deletion of your account from the account menu in the app or by emailing [email protected]; we then delete this data and exclude it from future training (Section 5.5).

We do not sell or rent your personal information, floor plan files, or generated models, and we do not share them with third parties for their marketing or advertising. Raw uploaded files from private projects are not exposed publicly unless you publish them to the community, or as described in Section 16.

21. Credits, Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

21.1 Credits

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active, including after you cancel any subscription. Credits are forfeited if you delete your account or if it is terminated for breach of these Terms. We may change credit prices, credit costs per job and available plans for the future; changes never affect credits or payments you have already made. No refund is issued for credits already consumed by completed jobs, regardless of output quality, except where required by law.

21.2 Subscriptions

The Service currently has no subscription; paid features use credits. If we offer a subscription in future, you may cancel it at any time from billing settings or by emailing us. On cancellation it will not renew for the next billing cycle; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period, and your remaining credits stay on your account. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period already begun.

21.3 Credit Packs

Credits are a prepaid digital good. Consumed credits are non-refundable. An unused credit pack may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits from it have been used, at our discretion.

21.4 Erroneous / Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error or more than once, contact us within 7 days and we will refund any eligible amount.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your registered email and payment/order ID. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. See also our Refund Policy.

22. Grievance Officer & Contact

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints about the Service, its content, or your personal data can be sent to our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Telangana, India. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
